Trust is such an important factor in a car purchase, and we felt that we could trust the Ford of Augusta dealership. I would like to mention that we went to Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita prior to purchasing with Ford of Augusta. The employees were disrespectful, condescending, argumentative, and pushy. I left very angry. It is a good thing Ford has dealerships like Ford of Augusta to help restore faith in the Ford Company. We look forward to doing business with this dealership in the future!

Furthermore, Brett offered his personal cell number for any questions that might have arisen over the weekend, and Dan followed the sale and delivery of the vehicle with a phone call to ensure my final satisfaction.

The salesperson (Brett Houser) went out of his way in trying to find the vehicle with the options that I wanted at other locations. He finally found one almost 250 miles away and was able to make a trade with that dealer. He dedicated several hours of his time in surfing the dealers inventory with follow-up calls. I used to manage a department of Engineers for a company that I retired from and I would not have hesitated in hiring Brett if he had a Degree in Engineering. His honesty and professionalism is very refreshing. He is an asset to Ford and Ford of Augusta.

Curtis went above and beyond trying to locate the vehicle we wanted. He was very pleasant and I didn't walk away feeling like just a number - and he didn't fell like just another car salesman! He seemed to understand what a big deal it is to purchase a new vehicle.

We went to Ford of Augusta because we had dealt with Mr. Curtis Nelson at another dealership when we purchased our F250 Super Duty. He is an outstanding person to deal with. We drove from South Texas to Augusta to pick up our new Taurus and are planning to do so again when we are ready to trade in our F250.

We felt that those people really cared about making us happy. The salesperson was not pushy and really worked hard to give us quality customer service. We had gone to Mel Hambelton Ford earlier and were very disappointed with their customer service. They acted like they did not really care whether we bought a car or not. Ford of Augusta was different. They went all the way to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. I highly recommend this agency.
